These terms govern your use of Onça Viva on iPhone. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
A log, not a guarantee
Onça Viva records the dates and notes you enter and organises them into queues and summaries. Shelf-life figures in the guide are general household estimates. They do not inspect your food, and they cannot tell you whether a specific item is safe to eat. When in doubt, follow the producer’s date and storage instructions or throw the item out.
Your entries
- Everything you log is stored only on your device and belongs to you.
- Cost figures are estimates you enter yourself; the app totals them but does not verify prices.
- Delete All Data in Settings removes the log permanently. It cannot be restored.
Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows it.
Price
The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for losses arising from reliance on shelf-life estimates, food decisions, or loss of local data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and changes
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may update or discontinue it and may revise these terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
Apple terms
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.
